We may use information you have given to us, for example, to measure consumer interest in our various services, or to inform you  about new services. These offers may be based on information you provided in your initial transaction with us or in surveys. The Blue Card provides customers with an easy means to decline to receive such e-mail offers. All e-mail offers that you receive from The Blue Card will tell you how to decline further e-mail offers.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. All of our user’s information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable
